Terms and conditions
- The policy for your friends or family members must be purchased directly from A Choice via our website or you can all us on 0330 127 4500 and select option 1. Quotes from aggregators or price comparison sites are not eligible for this offer.
- Both policies must remain active and not be cancelled, voided, lapsed or subject to a notice of cancellation during the first 60 days from the start date of the referred customers policy.
- To claim your £40 reward, you must complete the online Refer a Friend form, which includes your details, and your friends or family members policy reference number with A Choice. You must have a current insurance policy with A Choice.
- The £40 reward is payable to the existing A Choice customer who makes the referral. The referred customer will not receive a reward under this offer
- Rewards will usually be paid to the card used to pay the original premium. Where this is not possible, A Choice may pay the reward by BACS transfer or cheque. A Choice may request reasonable information to verify payment details before making payment.
- A Choice may refuse or withhold a reward where it reasonably believes that a claim is fraudulent, made in error, or otherwise does not meet these terms.
- When your policy and your friends or family members policy has been in force for 60 days, we’ll process your reward within 14 working days.
- There is no limit to the number of referrals you can make. Only one reward is payable per eligible referred policy. If more than one existing customer refers the same new customer, A Choice will pay the reward to the first valid referral received
- This offer also applies if you purchase a second insurance policy for a second vehicle with A Choice. Existing A Choice customers may also qualify for one £40 reward if they purchase an additional eligible policy directly from A Choice for a second vehicle.
- This offer applies to eligible policies purchased on or after [date]. There is currently no scheduled closing date, but A Choice may withdraw or amend the scheme in accordance with these terms.
- This offer is not available to employees of A Choice, their families or any connected third parties with A Choice.
- A Choice reserves the right to withdraw or amend the scheme at any time. This will not affect any valid reward claim where the eligibility criteria were met before the scheme was withdrawn.
